Please take the time to print, fill out and bring this document with you to your appointment. If you don't bring this document with you, we'll be using the first few minutes of your appointment to fill out this information and it will cut into the time set aside for your session.

The following information is your source for scheduling, rates, session details, policies, and office details including days/times for each location, entrance directions and parking. You can refer back to this page at any time:

New clients may schedule their first session above by clicking on the "Book Now" tab or contact Elias Limberopoulos Certified Rolfer at 773-627-2698. The booking tab is for a new clients first session. Returning clients MUST contact Elias directly to be scheduled by calling or texting. When you book online, be sure to pick the appropriate location, view the office policy and check your email for the appointment confirmation which may enter your inbox or spam folder. Please mark your personal calendar once booked.

Rolfing series clients are encouraged to book follow-up sessions in advance to avoid interruptions to their care.

If there is a day and time you do not see in the schedule, you can contact Elias to see if there can be an arrangement for an appointment outside of business hours.

A phone consultation is required for the following new clients prior to scheduling: children 17 years and younger, anyone with an acute injury in the last 48 hours, anyone who has had surgery, broken bone or soft tissue injury in the last 6 weeks, anyone with an autoimmune disorder such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus, sjogren syndrome or scleroderma, cancer diagnosis or anyone who would like additional information before scheduling.
Rates:
​Rolfing® or Advanced Bodywork Session - 90 Minutes (Adult 18 & Older): $175
Rolfing® or Advanced Bodywork Session - 60 Minutes (Child 17 & Younger): $125 (Phone Consultation Required)
Rolfing® Three Series - (3) 90 Minute Sessions - $500 (Paid in full)
Rolfing® Ten Series - (10) 90 Minute Sessions - $1650 (Paid in full)

Clients who would like to book a series can call Elias directly or they can book their first session online and pay the difference in a follow-up session.

Policies:

New Client Sessions are pre-paid and due at time of booking whether its through this booking page or at the end of your phone consultation.

Follow-up sessions are paid on the date of service. They can be paid by the following methods: Credit /Debit card, Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle/Quickpay, and company sponsored Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) / Health Spending Accounts (HSA). Rolfing® is not covered by standard health insurance.

Credit card / debit cards transactions incur a $6 fee per session.

Series Sessions are to be paid in full and they are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your session, please do so 24 hours in advance so that your practitioner can waive the session cancellation fee. Fees for an appointment cancelled within 24 hours will be forfeited, charged in full, and it is to be paid at the time of cancelation. A credit card will be held on file for all clients. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are running late for a session, contact Elias as soon as you are able to.
Locations:
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session start time. The doors to the buildings sometimes remain locked for the safety and security of everyone inside. When you enter, you can have a seat inside the waiting area and Elias will greet you at your appointment time.

The treatment room is through the back of the building with the sign Relaxation Station next to it. There's a free parking lot behind the building as well as free street parking but be sure to look at the street signs.

There is paid street parking available on the side street and a free parking lot a half block away from the building. Here is a map of the parking lot.
​Dress Attire:
Men: gym shorts or underwear. Women: gym shorts or underwear and loose-fitting tank top, sports bra or bra. You will be covered after the initial standing postural assessment.

Other Details:
It's important that you refrain from using any type of body lotion or oil the day of your session.​
